• KYC and Identity Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, or longer if related to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications, after which it will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

In the course of operating the 0kplay platform, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where our cloud hosting or technology service providers are located. When such transfers occur, 0kplay ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC guidelines.

These safeguards may include contractual clauses that require the recipient to protect your personal data to the same standard as required under Philippine law, or reliance on the recipient country's adequacy determination by the NPC. By using the 0kplay platform, you consent to such cross-border transfers of your personal data where necessary for the operation of the platform.

0kplay reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
